Alternative to Titanium without Root?

Is there anything that you can use to back up apps and data on note 4 without rooting?

nandriod & Titanium - Toback or to not

So i ahve been using titanium backup for some time now as the years have gone by this product has just gotten over all better with being able to cloud store and backup on the go with a push of a button my question is and i may not being doing it right how does one back up the data as well (meaning the APK and data) or is this not possible and can only be done via nandriod backup?

Titanium Backup Issue

I have titanium backup app (latest version 7.2.2) installed but it is missing the menu on the top right. It's driving me crazy. Uninstalled and installed a few times but no go.

I'm running Oxygen Os 2.0.2 rooted and unlocked.

Any ideas?

Google Play Services Broken after Titanium Backup

I was integrating system apps upgrades to system ROM via Titanium Backup, after i did that on Google Play Services it screwed up. I am getting errors like "Google Play Services has stopped" and "com.google.process.gapps has stopped".
I unistalled Google Play Services and installed from ApkMirror but still getting errors, also i wiped cache and dalvik cache from recovery.

I can't use Google Play, YouTube, Chrome etc.
Need help, thanks.
