Weird drain after Unplug from charger.

Ok i have discovered someting weird in both my LG phones.

This LG G2 (802 EU Open) and my old LG 4x HD
I'm thinking this is a LG only issue as my other tablets and phones dont suffer from it.

So heres the issue.

Normaly my battery life is fine and i use it from full charge till it shuts down
This way it lasts me 4 to 5 days and about 8.5 hours screen on time and 30 min more for each day less in standby.
So in 1 day i need 10,5 hours to drain my battery (browsing whatsapp and video).

However if i charge my Phone BEFORE it shuts down hence no reboot it will start draining faster in idle and it only lasts me 1,5 to 2 days and 6,5 hours screen on time.
If i reboot after this unplug the drain dissappears and it works flawless again.

SO i Always NEED to reboot in order to get my max battery life either because the Phone shut down or a manual reboot after the unplug.

My old 4x HD does the exact same thing this Phone is on old v10H firmware which is android 4.01
My LG G2 is on v20H which is the last android 4.4 availeble.

I just mentiond the 4x HD as its a lg with simmilar issues but lets ignore it and find a fix or the cause for the G2.

The G2 is not rooted as it doesnt help my batery life without going deep and install xposed which im not willing to do.
I also have disabled some apps that where not forced on in the apps menu and thats about it!

I already did a factory reset and KDZ flash so thats not a solution.

Did anyone else notice this problem, Had variable battery life in the past which might be the same as this issue or does anyone know where to start looking for a fix?
Any help is welcome as its frustrating that when i forget to reboot my battery is dead when i need it...

Bluetooth Battery Drain

Is anyone else having high battery drain with bluetooth on? I have a Wear device and a fitness band paired with my Note 5, so I would prefer to leave bluetooth on, at least during the day. But, with bluetooth on, I'm getting around 5-7%/hr drain when idle, even if the devices aren't paired. As soon as I turn bluetooth off, battery drain drops to less than 1%/hr.

Huge battery drain :(

Hi, i just bought a note 3 neo, imported sealed set. It runs on android 4.4.2, but the battery drain is too much. So i factory reset, and it went back to 4.3, the battery was better, but actually, even better is really bad. When running 4.3, i realized that screen took the most battery power, and i could only have around less than 2 hours of screen time, with full battery. So i updated it using odin, back to 4.4.2, and factory reset, but battery problems still occur. I included the links of images of my battery status, running android 4.4.2

Sudden high Bluetooth battery drain

I love my G2 which up until a few weeks ago has had incredible battery life. The phone is a D801 (tmobile) which has been running stock Lollipop (5.0.2) since I bought it. It appears that my Bluetooth has been taking up most of my battery. I don't recall it ever doing that prior to the recent battery drain. I have cleared out the Bluetooth cache and data, but it hasn't seemed to helped. I couldn't find any indication of a system update during this time. Any ideas, besides turning the bluetooth off when I don't need it?

Terrible battery drain

Hi so I have a flat S6 G920F and recently I have big problems with my battery.
So for the last few days I've been running out of juice damn quick. I've started to test roms for that. Didn't help. Atm i just plugged my phone out of charging for 2h - 100%. 15 minutes of using and I am 86%. That can't be normal! I am using minimal brightness, browsing internet with Chrome using WiFi. When I get back home after school which is 4pm I am at 20% or even less. Does anyone have any ideas :/?

Google Play Services Battery Drain Fix (Not Tested on other phones)

Hey guys, I was playing around and trying to get the google play services battery drain to stop some way. I found a small way to get it to drain a lot less. Its nothing big just thought i'd share if it helps. I haven't tried on other phones yet, but it probably would work.

Under settings go to Data usage , scroll down and find Google Services.
Click on it and below you can see Restrict App Background Data and switch it on.
That's all.

I am not sure if it will work for all you guys or if it is an actual fix but it did make it a lot better for me.
Anyways lemme know if it does and if so spread the word.
Peace :) ;)

S6 edge battery drain on idle (android os battery drain)

i recently purchased an s6 edge and updated it to 5.1.1 as soon as i got it.however i went to sleep on 100 percent and woke up to about 20 percent which is a massive drain in battery..the battery stats show ADROID OS on top of the list which is keeping the CUP active all the times and not letting the phone go in to sleep..i tried a factory reset but it did not fix the issue. i disabled most of the bloatware that did not fix the issue either..then i noticed that when i remove the sim card from my phone my phone goes in to deep sleep and battery life comes back to normal however when i plug in the sim card the phone can not go in to deep sleep again..any possible solutions?

Really strange battery drain

Hello there,

I've a new G4 since last friday and I'm experiencing a really strange battery drain.

Let's say I will charge my phone to 100% and than leave it idle, it will start discharging really slowly with all syncs active (for example last night it lost 2% in 8 hours). That's cool.
The problem is that as soon as I start using it again it will drain really fast, like 1% every 2 minutes. What is strange is that after start using it it will drain fast (1% every 10 minutes) even if i will let it idle again, so screen off and same operations as the 2% lost during 8h in the night.

At the moment I'm in Germany and I've experienced same drain ratio under good and bad cell signal and wifi. My model is H815. I'm not rooted so I cannot see good statistics in BBS.

I've already tried a factory reset.

Thanks everyone fo the help

Something Keeping Phone Awake Causing Battery Drain

Hey everyone, I have the Verizon variant of the LG G4. I am rooted and running Xposed and some other apps. I have amplify installed as well and BBB. I have the phone mostly debloated as well. I am getting some really weird stats in BBB however which seems like it is causing massive battery drain. See attached pics of screenshots I took within BBB. Does anyone have any idea what is keeping my phone awake for over 10 hours and draining the battery so poorly? Thanks in advance!

Battery life tips/tweaks to stop battery drain

When I first got the Note 5 last week, I noticed the battery life wasn't so great. After making some tweaks I've noticed that 1) Android system isn't the number one thing eating up my battery 2) Cell standby isn't consuming more battery than my screen anymore and 3) Screen is the number one thing consuming battery and I'm getting fantastic screen on time. The attached pic shows stats from my phone being off the charger for almost 8 hours and I was connected to my wireless earbuds via bluetooth and streaming pandora for almost 4 hours while traveling to and from the gym and during my workout (all over the network, no wifi but when I'm home or in the office, I'm always on wifi) plus I had about 1 1/2 hours of SOT. Also, I have Google Now running, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter constantly running and I maybe lose 1% battery life every hour or longer when I'm not using the phone.. I'd like to thank @rlsroufe for his debloat list because that was a big starting point.. Here's what I did:

-Disable AT&T/Samsung Bloat (Package Disabler Pro)
-Turn off motion Gestures
-Turn off S voice
-Turn off or decrease vibrations
-Turn off Google Location History (Huge battery drain, causes play service and/or Android system to go nuts)
-Turn off Android Device manager (Lock Screen and Security —> Device Admin)(Also causes play service drain)
-Disable Unnecessary Sync Service
-If you use Adguard, turn it off when you don't actually need it and just flip the switch when you do
-Turn off S pen Alerts, pen detection, and S pen sound and vibration (will still work exactly the same)
-Turn off Enhance4GLTE (basically voice over LTE, makes cell standby consume a lot of battery)
-Turn off 'Always allow scanning' under advanced wifi settings (Allows apps to serach for Wifi even when wifi is off)

Reboot and enjoy..
