Weird drain after Unplug from charger.
Ok i have discovered someting weird in both my LG phones.
This LG G2 (802 EU Open) and my old LG 4x HD
I'm thinking this is a LG only issue as my other tablets and phones dont suffer from it.
So heres the issue.
Normaly my battery life is fine and i use it from full charge till it shuts down
This way it lasts me 4 to 5 days and about 8.5 hours screen on time and 30 min more for each day less in standby.
So in 1 day i need 10,5 hours to drain my battery (browsing whatsapp and video).
However if i charge my Phone BEFORE it shuts down hence no reboot it will start draining faster in idle and it only lasts me 1,5 to 2 days and 6,5 hours screen on time.
If i reboot after this unplug the drain dissappears and it works flawless again.
SO i Always NEED to reboot in order to get my max battery life either because the Phone shut down or a manual reboot after the unplug.
My old 4x HD does the exact same thing this Phone is on old v10H firmware which is android 4.01
My LG G2 is on v20H which is the last android 4.4 availeble.
I just mentiond the 4x HD as its a lg with simmilar issues but lets ignore it and find a fix or the cause for the G2.
The G2 is not rooted as it doesnt help my batery life without going deep and install xposed which im not willing to do.
I also have disabled some apps that where not forced on in the apps menu and thats about it!
I already did a factory reset and KDZ flash so thats not a solution.
Did anyone else notice this problem, Had variable battery life in the past which might be the same as this issue or does anyone know where to start looking for a fix?
Any help is welcome as its frustrating that when i forget to reboot my battery is dead when i need it...

Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 Compatible Charger Within US $15
Hello,
Can anyone share few good Qualcomm QC2.0 compatible chargers for approximately US to (including shipping) from ebay.com that can be shipped to India?
I have never bought anything rather than a back cover once from ebay.com (as we have ebay.in here in India) and therefore I can't make up mind from whom to buy and which brand to buy.
Do share some of the trustable products and sellers.
Thank you in advance.

N7 OTG + Charging Kernel for Lollipop (Charger plug & unplug)
Hey guys,
i'm looking for Lollipop kernel which supports OTG + Charging at the same time, with the user's ability to plug & unplug the charger with OTG running.
Furthermore it should be possible to charge the device again after unplugging the charger.
I've tested the oxydo-revamped kernel, but it doesn't have the possibilty to charge the device again after unplugging the charger. In addition to that it does not support otg with the charger unplugged (otg device attached to the y-cable).
Kind regards

Does powering via a non quick charger harm the battery?
Since the cable from the original motorola quick charging plug is too short I use my old one from the SGS2 to charge it over night. Will this harm the battery in any ways?
Car Charger For Nexus 6P
Nexus 6P just announce yesterday, google said it support fast charge, 5V @3a, TOTAL 15W, but never mentioned if it support qualcomm quick charge 2.0 . Since the Nexus 6P use snapdragon 810, it suppose to support quick charge 2.0?
But anyway, since the nexus 6P use the type c port, the regular car charger won't work it, at least you need to prepare another type c cable or adapter. but today i will recommend a tronsmart type c car charger:
http://www.amazon.com/Charger-Tronsm...+c+car+charger
With this car charger, you just need to plug and charge your nexus 6p directly, and it also offer another port which support quick charge 2.0. So if your family have the old nexus 6 or samsung s6 etc, they also can get quick charge.
Let me know your thought about this little cool car charger?

Sony xperia z1 charger
Hello everyone. My phone is xperia z1 and it has an original charger. Its output voltage is 5v and amp is 1.5A. While I charge my xperia z1 with the original charger, max 600-800 mA current is delivered to my phone.
Firts question, why is not max output current (1.5 A) delivered to the phone despite the adapter is the original sony adapter?
Second question, may I buy a fast phone charger instead of sony original charger ? And to charge xperia z1 with a fast charger, can be bad for the phone?
Please, answer my all questions clearly who knows about them
Best regards,
Sarkhan

Please, a quick question about charger and battery packs?
Does anybody has any issues with chargers and external bateries?
My sm-t715 charges only with just a few chargers. I have 6 good quality poser adapters and 3 work fine and 3 do not charge... it shows the x in red in battery icon on status bar.... (check screenshot)

Same with external batteries... i have 4... 2 work and 2 do not work...
Will be any problem with my phone? Or just an normal incompatibility? With my others phone a very few times this happen...

If you're looking for the Samsung QI Fast Charger
So I've been looking for the Samsung Fast QI Charger and it seems Samsung is either sold out or haven't released it yet. I did find it on sale here but haven't actually ordered it yet. Not sure of the site and wanted to just share. It's actually on sale as well and they claim it's in stock....

[Quick Review] Tronsmart 3-Port Wall Charger with QC 2.0
It's been some time since I've reviewed another Tronsmart product. I got this Tronsmart 3-Port Wall Charger as a review unit almost 3 weeks back and I didn't get enough time to write the review since then. On the brighter side, I'm using this for 3 weeks now, so I can probably be more precise while writing it now. So here it goes...
I'll be splitting it up in following 4 categories and talk about each of them one by one:-
- Packaging & Content
- Build Quality & Design
- Functionality
- Pros & Cons
Packaging & Content
Tronsmart has never dissapointed me in this category, so I do not have much to say here. It comes in one of those recyclable brown box with a printed cover wrapped around it.

On opening the box, you can expect the following items:-
- 3-port USB Wall Charger (TS-WC3PC)
- 1 x 6 ft USB Cable (20 AWG)
- User Manual
- VoltIQ Information Card

One thing to notice here is, even though it has 3-ports, it comes with only 1 USB Cable. So, if you're buying it, make sure you have that many spare cables to use it with.
Build Quality & Design
If you're one of those who can't withstand a product with bad finishing, you and I are no different. Luckily Tronsmart understands us and give its products the best quality in terms of material used and overall surface finishing. Here's a look:-

The quality is absolutely fantastic. What makes it even better is its folding type plug which also makes it easy to carry around. It has a green power LED. From the size perspective, it's very small, not OEM Charger small though, but tiny enough to hold it in your palm. Here's a comparison between a Samsung OEM Charger and the Tronsmart 3-Port Wall Charger:-

The in-box USB Cable is a 20 AWG (for high current flow), very durable 6 ft long cable which should do a descent job if the device is to be used while charging.

Functionality
The unit has 3 USB outputs out of which, only one port supports quick charge output at 12V/1.5A while the other two ports are powered at 5V/2.4A each with VoltIQ Technology.

While reviewing the unit, I connected 3 of my mobile phones simultanously to check it's output. First I connected the USB Amp meter to the Quick Charge output which is connected to my Galaxy S6 Edge+. The total power drawn was around 14.76W which is definitely an output we can expect from a fast charger.

Next, I connected the USB Amp meter to a regular port which is powering my Nexus 4. One of the reasons for using a Nexus 4 here is to validate how much current is drawn since Nexus 4 is pretty old device and as far as I've seen, it draws only upto 5V/1A even from its OEM Charger. Like we can see below, the total power drawn is just 5.05W which is almost equivalent to 5V/1A and this ensures me that the VoltIQ is not just a marketing gimmick. I also turned on the display of Galay S6 Edge+ to validate that it is utilizing the fast charging even with all 3 devices connected simultanously (See the Fast Charing in notification ?).

Now, everything was good till this moment except when I went pull back the charger from the socket after an hour, it was HOT. Not burning hot, but you'll definitely feel it when you touch it. Not that it affected any of my devices (none of the 3 devices heated up during charging). It's the same common problem with all the small multi-port quick charge adapters available (3rd party) on Amazon. I did contact Tronsmart regarding the same and they told me that since the adapter is so small, heat dissipation is slow and they assured me that their chargers have passed CE ,ROHS,FCC, PSE etc certifications of conformity and the temperature exhibited is within the safety standard range.
Pros & Cons
Pros:-
- 2 x High Power Output + 1 x Quick Charge Output
- Superb build quality
- Small size with retractable Plugs
- Long and durable USB Cable
Cons:-
- Heats up quickly
- Only 1 in-box USB Cable

Battery charger for the Incredible
I'm wondering if there's any battery chargers for the Incredible, I have two batteries, and I don't want to go the ways of removing the battery in my droid incredible to charge it. Any recommendations?
EasyAcc--A charger that doubles as a dock?
The EasyAcc 2-port USB charging dock is simply your typical USB charger but with two slots cut out to rest your tablet or smartphone. It comes with a micro USB cable. Each slot is tilted slightly back, and accommodates devices just under 13mm thick. The slots are padded. Theres a plastic film covering the front. I thought there might be some charging indicator. There are none. Not a whole lot going on with this device. No indicators, no splashy logos, no power switch. Very straightforward.
Heres the included power cord and micro USB cable plugged in. Got an Apple device? Youll need your own Lightning or 30-pin cable. It so happens that my son is in the habit of keeping his Kindle and iPad charged and in one spot when theyre not in use. I immediately found a problem: If you have a cover on your device, it may not fit. This is an iPad Air 2 (2014) with a Logitech Blok Case. The case measures 15.2mm thick, and would not fit in the slot.
Same thing with the Kindle HD7 with case. Its also thicker than the slot allows.Solution? I removed the rubbery inserts. Now the opening measure about 16mm. The bad news: I couldnt easily get the inserts back in. I guess Im keeping it this way. And thats just fine. My son happens to have two smart devices and there are two slots. Now his charging station is neatly organized with plenty of juice to spare.
