What's the main difference in hardware between gra-l00 and gra-l09

i flashed the system of the gra-l00 on the gra-l09 on the p8 but no sucess on having dual sim option, the phone boots ok

I am really hoping for someone to help. I haven't had a Mediatek device before, but man... Their sources are the messiest thing I've ever seen. So much stuff out of place... Could somebody help me clean it and standardize?
I tried almost everything and some files are missing, some symlinks are wrong.

The following are most likely “Original Development”:

*Official releases of highly original and upstream custom ROMs (built from the ground up with significant original development within them
*Official releases/development of such original ROMs, perhaps posted by the maintainer or their nominated person.
*A significant “first” in development for a device. Significant is subjective, but it is likely something which took considerable time/effort, and is generally accepted by developers to be significant and non-trivial.
*Kernels which are built with beneficial changes that are not simply pulled from other kernels already available. Some element of original work is expected.
*ROMs where the developer has made a custom kernel for it.
*Tools and utilities with a clear purpose, and which are well-made, and useful to users. They should have an element of originality, either in purpose or through significant improvement in the means of operation.
*Significant port of a ROM from one device to another, giving enhanced features or functionality to users of the target device. The port should be beneficial (a port from two virtually identical devices isn’t original development, it’s winzipping, and nobody really benefits from this, as it’s not development)

The following are most likely not “Original Development”, and should be posted in the “Android Development” subforum:

*Your own “unofficial” stock build of your favorite original, source-built (or otherwise) ROM, particularly where an official or maintainer-endorsed thread exists already.
*Minor derivatives of other ROMs with little or no changes, or ROMs consisting of “placebo” features as a main constituent or claim.
*Renames or rebadges of others’ work – these don’t belong on XDA at all! Refer to rule 12 for more information.
*Reposts of existing ROMs with small changes (i.e. kitchen work, such as adding a couple of apps). If you could realistically distribute your changes as an “addon pack” above and beyond a ROM, you should do so. In addition, your “ROM” would not be original development as it would be substantially identical to the original ROM.
*A thread created with unrealistic goals that are clearly unachievable by those starting the thread. This is not intended to discourage high aspirations, rather to prevent threads porting Windows Phone 8 to the HTC Wallaby. This is pretty much common sense.
*A ROM where a main or significant claim/feature is graphical changes to the user interface (ie. Themed ROM)

in future can we see ROMS, KERNALS, MODS, etc... like oneplus and moto devices??

Considering buying a ZE551ML. Questions about rom's development and different CPU's.

Hi,

I have an opportunity to buy a ZE551ML 16Gb for a very good price. I saw that on the specs, it's a 4GB RAM device, but with the 1.8GHz CPU.

Will every Z00A rom work with it? Would there be any flashing restrictions considering that it does not have a 2.3GHz?

The whole idea is... I can get both ZE550ML and ZE551ML 16Gb at an affordable price and just want to choose the one that will receive the more development. So far, seems to me the Z00A has more custom roms. :D

wanna meet the person who said development is easy for sd rather than mediatek

Hi Dev.

I have used all my phones which have mediatek processor and that phones development is started immediate after their release .

now the thing is when i was using mediatek processor phone people said that snapdragon have more development than mediatek now nearly 1 month passed for zenfone 2 laser to release there is no sign for development nor root method so in my openion there is no limit for development even its mediatek or snapdragon there should be smart and well knowledge dev needed to develop a rom

Development Stopped [I9500/I9505]

Hi guys I have to give us this bad news for us

Aurora, Norma, DarkLord for I9500, Aurora for I9505 Ports has been stopped

The reason is that my laptop give overheating, the most probably turn on automatically early morning and stay the computer totally closed, give overheating in the motherboard and broke my GPU

So I don't have computer for develop for this reason I decide stop my development

If any other dev want continue with the project can make it
I don't know if the team will stop the development for i9500, I hope that not but this not is my decision is desition of Aurora Team

Why is the development of Xperia V still alive?

The phone has been out for three years, and there are still roms of it.
What is the main attraction of the phone?

Release Of Kernel Sources & Custom Rom Development ?

Will Xiaomi release kernel sources fully for this smartphone & therefore able to have active rom development (including Android M 6.0 roms) in the near future ?

(Kernel sources for the Xiaomi Mi3 & Mi4 were released very late and not in full and are the reason I believe that many Lollipop roms for these devices are not stable).
