Downgrade advice after latest Lollipop Upgrade

I've been reading a few threads but since I have an AT&T Note 3 there seems to be a ton of jargon I'm having a hard time picking up on, I've done a few previous Android phones but those seemed to have a guide where everything was exactly what I had and it just worked step by step. I have a fully stock Note 3

Every OTA update something seems to happen on this Note 3, GPS issues on one, battery on another and now it's Wifi issues along with missing text messages. (both of which suck the most). I've never rooted or flashed this phone, either I would like to go back to 4.4.2 or maybe try another rom but I'm having a real hard time figuring out all the steps since it seems any time there's an update they all change, towelroot, safestrap, kingo root, heimdall, MJ5, etc hell are the notes in the main post for AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 All-In-One Resource Thread still good?

Basically I figure I would take it back to 4.4.2 and run that for a month and see if texting, gps and battery are stable, that's my big three. Getting rid of the Samsung bloat and flashing a new rom are secondary at this point. I've done the whole wipe and factory reset the phone a few times but I still can't shake this texting bug where sometimes it silently stops working, tried the built in Messaging app, switched to Google Messenger and even tried Handcent and Go SMS Pro with the same results, texts stop coming in randomly, I can send out but replies never show up and rebooting the phone doesn't cause them to show up, they are just gone but a reboot will restore the ability to receive texts.

Install latest OTA?

I have a VZW XT1096 that is rooted, unlocked and has TWRP. The update downloaded to my phone but the last time I tried to install an update it put my phone into a boot loop. Do I need to flash the stock recovery or is there more to it? Thanks!

WIFI Calling not working TMO Edge latest Firmware

All the experts, I am having where when I click on Wifi calling, it says Enabling and just sits there and does nothing all greyed out
Even moved closer to my WIFI router to see if that fixes the problem but to no avail
I am on Galaxy s6 Edge, TMO, Latest Firmware, Unikernal Root, with .latest XPOSED
I can not seem to get WIFI Calling to work
Please advise what I need to do to fix this if possible .......short of clean re-install
Remember I am rooted so I can go in and make changes you tell me to do if that will fix it all

Latest Telus modem

Hi, I've used a few roms until now, but recently, I started having problems with what seems to be the modem. Frequent bluetooth disconnects, service disconnects (data and voice) and wifi disconnects (android tablet works fine at home). I often get exclamation marks for a few seconds on my data and wifi icons at the same time. I've used Temasek 5.1.1 rom, Nexus Experience NX9.8.1 and now, I am on the flashable stock 5.1 rom (XT1095) from AGISCI. I've had the same problems with all roms, but now it's getting worst.

I'm on baseband 2147.127.04.57R.

Can some one tell me what's the latest Telus modem version? If I don't have the latest, can someone share it please? Did someone else other than me experience this issue?

Can someone for new update: LXB22.99-24.12, that was released couple of weeks ago, post if the baseband (radio) version changed?

I arm using CM12.1 nightly and WiFi and front facing camera have issues. Maybe flashing new stock and reflashing CM12.1 might fix it.

What's up with the latest update for AT&T variant?

I got an update yesterday (09/28/2015) and I have no clue what is it about. Is there any way to know the changelogs for AT&T updates? They won't give any details on the download.

[GUIDE] Rooting the latest version of Bluestacks App Player. (Windows Only)

The current Bluestacks Multi Tool (Posted Here) is currently outdated and will not be able to root the latest version of bluestacks. I have created this guide to show you how to root the latest version of bluestacks currently available. So lets get straight to it.

Requirements:

• Latest Bluestacks App Player


• Bluestacks Easy (Download, Scroll down for dl link. Download two files, extract and merge the two. Use google chrome to translate page.)


• Windows computer

1. Download, extract and merge the two files from the link provided.


2. Make sure the latest version of bluestacks is installed and previous versions of bluestacks are uninstalled.


3. Open "Bluestacks Easy.exe" with administrator privileges. You should see this:
   


4. Follow steps shown in pictures. (Make sure bluestacks is closed otherwise the program will close it for you)
   


5. After pressing proceed you should see a console on your screen. This will automatically close and bluestacks will open again.


6. Your bluestacks should be rooted. (Note some of the installed bloatware is automatically removed. Can't seem to figure out how to remove the rest.)

Unable to install latest update....recovery doesn't look right.

I have factory reset my phone and downloaded the update, but it fails when installing. I see a large "!". What's odd is when doing the factory reset, it pout me in the menu driven recovery. The one where I have to use the volume buttons to move up and down the menu to preform the factory reset.

Is this the problem?
Any way to load the factory recovery back?

Latest updates busted magnetic cover wakeup?

I've been getting a lot of android 5 updates recently, and on both my 2013 and original Nexus 7, the magnetic covers no longer seem to wake the tablets. I wouldn't think the sensors in both of them would break at the same time :). I remember the tablet had this problem when it was first released, then updates fixed it. Have they gone back to the original code again to preserve battery time or something? Has anyone else seen this?

Curiosity -What was the latest version of android that the Nexus 7 2013 shipped with?

Hey guys, the title pretty much explains it. I recently ordered a new nexus 7 from Amazon, that was supposedly supplied straight from Asus. When I received it, I was surprised to see that it had lollipop already installed and not android 4.3 (it was packaged as new, with no obvious indication it was a returned ). Before updating it to current, I believe it was 5.01 if my memory serves me correctly.

Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about the tablet so far, snappy, and surprisingly decent battery life 6:30-7he SOT. I can't say whether I'm impacted by the touch issue, as I only have to re-tap something every so often.

I was just curious if anyone has any idea if Asus started to ship the nexus 7 2013 with lollipop later on in production ?
