Access Lumia 1020 internal storage for data recovery?

Is it yet possible to access the internal storage of a Lumia 1020 (mass storage mode) under Windows Phone 8.1, in order to recover accidentally deleted data?

Can anyone provide me information about following points for Lumia 435. I have a lumia 430 (1 GB) and it does not support android install, so i want to revert back to 8.1, use 435 information and then get the AOW files...

Anyone have or know where to download all stock sounds from the Lumia 640? I'm looking for the stock ringtones and alarms / alerts / system sounds.
