App asking for network after I open cover

Hi,

So when I open my flip cover and have no Internet access, I get a textbox saying there is no network, check network and try again. So I guess an app is always trying to connect to Internet. But I don't know from which app this comes so I can't turn it off. Is there a log out something so I can see which app gives this textbox?

Open map links with google Map app and not Navigation on Gingerbread 2.3.6

Hello Guys, i have a little problem, how can i force android to open map links directly with google Map app and not Navigation on Gingerbread 2.3.6. I'm using the app Urban Ninja and when i click on a adress link he always opens with Navigation app and not Map app, anyone has an idea how to change this? Thank you very much

Google Now Launcher - Can't Open Microphone

I can't use the "OK Google" command within the launcher. It's not responding when I say OK Google. When I tap on the microphone icon next to the search bar, it says "Can't Open Microphone".

I've tried re-starting, installing a new build, and even tried clearing the cache for Google Apps, Maps.

This problem occurred earlier when I was trying to use the voice command to do a GPS search with Google Maps. Google Maps was acting all weird and couldn't locate my position then the Can't Open Microphone error began popping up. I don't know what to do.

I'm using the latest CM Nightly build from 09/29.

Link doesn't open preferred browser

Hi,

I have chrome set as default browser although if I click on link in google now it opens the standard browser. Any answers to my problem. I have no idea. 😂

Possible to install VPN and still keep swipe to open?

I would like to use a VPN on my Samsung Note but Android won't let me use one unless I use a password instead of swipe. Is there any way around this?

Xperia Z3: there's a water particle when i open the camera. How to fix it?

My phone is a legit Xperia Z3 last month I bought it. And when i came home I tried to pour a glass of water on my phone and after a few minutes the screen died. I sent it to the sony centre and after two weeks they fixed it. It was going so well good as new an I'm still brave enough to try it's water ressistant feature. I washed it and nothing happened I now guarantee that this phone is water-ressistant. But last week i checked my camera and I noticed there's a little water particle or a blurry watery little part in my camera until now. What should I do? I moved last week to Philippines but the warantee is not international it's only in New Zealand. What should I do?:(:(

Open WIFI network problem on XT1033 5.1

Guys,

My xt1033 is unable to use any wifi network with open security that required browser sign-in procedure.

After sign in from browser, this happen.

Idol 3 5.5 seems to be heating up way too much when i open more intensive apps

[Q] LG H815 - EUROPE OPEN VDZ and US Firmware

Hello. I you can see I'm new to the forums and I'm also new to my LG G4, which happens to be the Taiwanese variant of the H815. I love the phone so far, but I'm a bit bummed that the bootloader can't be unlocked on this model. So I have two questions about this.
If I were to flash the EU Open VDZ, could I unlock my bootloader then?
A lot of the settings are geared towards Chinese/Taiwanese markets. Is there a US H815 stock firmware, or should I use a European version? And what number is the US H815 firmware version so I can go ahead and download it.

P.S. A U.S. firmware should fix most things for me, correct?

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I added also 3 non-AOSP features for a better user experience (Advanced Reboot, "Clear All" button in Recents and an option to delete screenshots from the notification area) and I'm NOT going to add something other.
