hello guys is there any update for miui 7 ?

MIUI theme?

Would be neat to get a MIUI theme, i think it'll look really nice with the phone and touchwiz.
Since we cant get a MIUI rom.
Is someone developing one or can someone make one?

HOW TO INSTALL:-

1-- download rom
2--reboot to recovery(flash it throw philiz recovery)
3-- wipe and format opions
4-- factory reset (will take some time)
5--install zip/choose zip from sd card1/select miui_7_canvas_xpress_2.zip
5-- flasing may take upto 5 minues...after this now flash Patch_Miui 7.zip(this will also take some time)
6--now reboot
6-- 5 to 10 min in first boot.will appear like bootloop but wait patiently and it will open.
7--on welcome screen config it as u want then on home screen swipe left and open swapper app
8--in app tap on (choose swap directory) then just tap on select and then tap on save nd it will ask super su permission, grant it,it will now creat a swap file on ur internal sd card, it may take 5 minutes to create it,
9--its all done

MIUI V5

I've been all over this forum for the past 2 days trying to find a solid MIUI v5 ROM for my phone- SM-G900T S5 on Metro Pcs, using T-mobile towers (boot animation says T-mobile also). If there's a link I've overlooked, please let me know! Yes, I am rooted.

I have previously flashed v6 MIUI for my device, but keep having problems with WSM tools and the never-ending bootloop issue, and would like to switch to v5, as I've read throughout this forum that the WSM/MiTools issue wasn't happening on v5. Correct me if I'm wrong, though. I am reading conflicting information throughout posts, and would like to check in with the more advanced users to steer in the right direction.

I came across a list of ROMs from Mega Unlimited site, and I am unable to post an outside link as I am new here, but I'm having trouble understanding which versions are okay to flash for my device.

I'm relatively new to flashing ROMs but I do a lot of reading through this site and others to understand what I'm doing before trying to just pile crap into/on to my phone. I don't like to post questions unless I keep getting confusing information, so please no snarky remarks, I promise I will be out of the way soon :o

Looking to put miui on my old m7 which the wife now has, she likes the skin that miui uses and I must say, it does look very nice even if a rip-off from ios.

There are two ported roms on the miui site, a v6 and a v7.

I didn't want to post questions about the other miui rom in the thread by JTJTJ as it seems unfair to him.

In folks opinions, which of the two ported roms has proved most reliable and most stable for them?

I am always a bit apprehensive regarding the apps pre-installed on miui roms. Does anyone know which miui apps, which chinese based apps can be safely removed without crashing the rom? The less the better for me.

Ps. I forgot, there is also the Firedance gpe based version on a german website to throw in the mix.

TWRP doesn't let to install MIUi V7

Hi, everybody.
Currently I'm running CM12 (temasek's Lollipop) on my phone. I have installed the latest TWRP to.
Yesterday I'll decided to make a little experiment with the new MIUI V7 and the Xcelerate kernel.

So, I after a full (advanced) wipe, I'll add the MIUI .zip folder to install. After a few seconds the TWRP announces me with red letters that it cannot install the zip file. Why?
Am I do something wrong?
Should I reinstall first the MIUI Recovery?

How to install Lenovo A7000 MIUI Pro;

Step 1 : Extract the downloaded file on your PC/Laptop
Step 2 : Right click and run flash_tool.exe as administrator from the Flash Tools Folder
Step 3 : Then Select MT6752_Android_scatter.txt. It will automatically select the Lenovo A7000 model from the ROM folder
Step 4 : Click on Options then Download and make sure DA DL all with Checksum is checked
Step 5:Select the Download Only, and then click Download
Step 6 :
Turn off your Lenovo A7000 and remove the battery
Click the big download button on top right and connect the phone with usb cable in switch off condition.
Now you will see the red stripe showing download percentage

Got some great news for you. The Beta rom update dated 5.9.21 comes with Android 5.1.1!

Xposed framework doesn't work on my Mi3 (MIUI 7, and kitkat)!?

Any solution for the problem?
I can't instal wsm/xposed framework, because WSM is not compatible with Android SDK version 19.
