WiFi Tethering problem on NightOwl CM11

Hi everyone,
I have only just gotten on to the forums with my GT-N7000 as it was finally getting on top of me running like a dog.
Having read a number of threads it is amazing to see huge amount of work everyone's been doing. Congratulations, it's truely amazing!

After reading I chose bauner's Night Owl CM11 final ROM to upgrade to:

What a pleasure- it's like I have a new phone again, with a LOT more funcitonality!

Everything is working like a dream and I'm once again a happy camper until I realised, just before a presentation, that my tethering didn't work.... although it looked like it does.
I've seen that there have been a number of people reporting this issue on other ROMs but wanted to ask if it is a known bug on the NightOwl final and if there is a fix.

Thanks again guys, your hard work has just allowed me not to need to claim for a new phone off the NPO I work for here in South Africa .

I'm facing this busybox build error http://pastebin.com/R9tGELjg. I've build cm11 before and never faced this error. I dug for commits but can't find any. I would like to try to disable "warn_unused_result [-Wunused-result]" to see if that will solve the errors but I know how any help on either of the issues I'm having. Thanks.

FM Radio on CM11 HTC Desire Z

Hello,

Does anybody know how to get the (default) FM Radio apk to install in CM11? I believe I have the correct apk from HTC, but it refuses to install (even when placed in the /system/apps directory).
Any thoughts?

[Help needed!] Nook HD+ CM11 M12 cyanogen boot loop

Hi,

If anyone could help i'd be really grateful!

I've got a Nook HD+ which was happily running CM11 M12 installed on emmc, had been running fine for about 5 months. I let the battery completely die by accident, although this has happened on a number of occasions before and not been a problem.

Now when turned on it just went to the nook logo boot screen and no further. couldn't access recovery with power+n.
So i figured the emmc might have gotten corrupted somehow. So i made a new boot sd card as shown in leapinlar's sig - aiming to try and get it into recovery - put stock software on, then replace with CM11 again.

Here's the problem - have got the nook to boot to the Cyanoboot logo - but it will go no further - it never loads the recovery menu.

Any ideas?!

fews months ago I downloaded a rom called cm_cooper-userdebug-*20150104-*-4.4.4-*.zip, provided by the armv6team, on their own server : {dl,downloads}.androidarmv6.org/. Today, this server is down, and the team seems to stop working. I tried to contact the members, but without succes.

I can find an older rom, but my Cooper is slow whit this one, slow as unusable (near 30 seconds to display the dialer, or 1 minute to display sms ).

I'm looking for this version. Is someone have a copy, or, better, a link for this rom ?

I tried 4 or 5 differents roms, and this one was very the only "kitkat" working well on Cooper.

HELP! How to fix these bugs on CM11? (Galaxy V)

My device Samsung Galaxy V SM-G313HZ already has a Cyanogenmod 11 build from source by Cleverior.ipul , Every Android user's love to running a custom especially Cyanogenmod ROM and same with us. Our Cyanogenmod now on alpha2 which is still has a lot if bugs, So I really hope that maybe anybody can help me fix this bugs or give me a solution how to get rid of those bugs. But keep in mind I don't own this ROM , Im just sharing a other people work and all thanks and credits goes to Cleverior.Ipul

A Big thanks for the CM11 Bigpart Project

Hello. originally i wanted to post this in the CM11 thread, but due to the fact that i am a new user, i cannot.

i wanted to thank Zn7mkUKzN1r8aCIV, and all the other developers who contributed the the BigPart project.

the phone is now working great, far better than the CM10 version. it's like a new device.

What do I need to do to install CM11.

I have a vs980 and I am running 39a bootstacks and XDABBEB's VS980 v3.1.2 rom. Oh and TWRP. I have CM11 And the gapps but I don't want to install it hen get a boot error or something. Should I flash 27a bootstack.

Hight way to disable Proximity Sensor on CM11?

But now my defy+ presented ploblems on proximity sensor.
I try many ways to solve this problem using apps (includinding "hardware disabler") but nothing works and when works the sistem crashes and reboots are frequently.

but is for CM 10 and nowi ask how to disable proximity sensor on CM 11 ??? :confused:

Trying to find CM11 Unoffical Nightlies!

Hey guys,

Just got given a Mega 6.3 and I actually quite like it! Very surprised to discover that there is NO CM for it.

I have read through the Silesh.Nair thread and have managed to download a few of the nightlies:-

"cm-11-20140721-UNOFFICIAL-meliusltexx.zip" & "cm-11-20140804-UNOFFICIAL-meliusltexx.zip"

but it seems there was a much later one:-

"cm-11-20141113-UNOFFICIAL-meliusltexx.zip"

Which I can't seem to find available anywhere (except on one japanese/chinese site which I have no clue to actually get at it)

I have flashed the stock 4.4.2 ROM and rooted and it's OK but it's not CM and I also want to mess with the DPI settings a bit which just cause loads of crashes in the stock ROM, hopefully CM would be better.

So, anyone know where I can get the last (most stable) unoffical CM nightly?

Could someone please post a current cm 11 build. I've been trying for hours and have basically given up. I'm using the phone as a work phones and just need everything to work. Thanks. Also when building I'm getting error SRC no such file. Or when using the default manifest I get No rule to make target `vendor/samsung/smdk4412-common/proprietary/sbin/cbd'

Brother In Arms 3 game is not working on CM11.

Every time I open the game it just closes without any message.

I have Xposed Installer and XinternalSd installed on my phone.
