Updated to 5.1.1, Phone says sim card not inserted when turning on mobile data.

Mobile data works only if toggled from data usage setting, network signal is okay i can make/receive calls. Imei is correct however imei sv shows unkown.
When using quick settings toggle i get "insert sim card to access network services"

I tried factory reset, installing other rom and modem no luck.

Wiping dalvik cache usually solves the issue.However, if i restart the problem reappears.

Any advice?

N7000 not turning on properly

My N7000 turned itself off the other day without a battery warning.
Everytime I press the power button the Samsung Galaxy screen comes on and then turns itself off again.
Same if I try to go into recovery mode the android icon comes up and then it turns itself off.
The phone is stock standard no mods at all.
Battery says 100%.
Any help would be appreciated.

HTC One M7 not turning on

Hi, recently I tried flashing ViperOne 9.0.0 on the M7. The installation froze at 93% and as stated on AROMA installer, I rebooted. However, the phone wouldn't turn back on. I have tried all the button combinations and nothing has happened. The phone IS detected by Windows but displayed as QHSUSB_DLOAD. I have tried the Unbricking utility on Linux and the phone is detected but as a QDL modem (something like that, I can't remember exactly). Is there any hope of fixing this or will I need to send it off for repair?

Oneplus Two display does not work after turning on (but sign appears)

My Oneplus two device is in a really strange situation. When I turn on and off my device I`m able to see the Oneplus logo but thats all. Afterwards I have a black screen on my device. Everything is working like the fingerprint or the volume up and down. I`ve already rebooted my device several times but nothing helps. This condition was not from the beginning. The first 2 two weeks everything was fine and suddenly nothing responded. After turning off and on the device had the situation as described. What can I do??

Accessibility Services Keep Turning Off [ROOTED]

Hi All,

I just recently rooted my Note5 with ForeverLoco's ROM using ODIN and with Anter47's Kernel. I noticed that after a while, the accessibility services (Settings > Accessibility > Services) which control Tasker and Greenify (among others) all turn themselves off after I manually turn them all back on. I have Clean Master as well as Greenify that kills/hibernates apps but none of the apps in the accessibility page are included on either list. What am i doing wrong?

WiFi keeps turning on at random times

I am having an issue where my WiFi will randomly turn itself on. I turn it back off and it will turn itself back on again. This is very annoying to say the least.

I am running Meanpop V 2.15.

Anyone have any ideas?

Turning android phone into an mp3 player

so i thought it was a pretty cool idea since i have my old s2 laying around if there was some kind of rom that would make my s2 a stand alone mp3 player example:
just an mp3 interface no android homescreen
no play store etc..
just a ipod style rom wich makes your android an mp3 player
is anybody willing to make or already knows a rom like this? :)

GT-900F isn't turning on

Hey,

Today I got home from work and my phone was working fine, I go to my room and go to check my phone and it's off, I try turning it on but there's no response. Could anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Instructions after the downloading.

• Install Drivers


• Unrar LG Flashtool.rar


• Download Kdz firmware and copy to the LG Flashtool Folder.

Instructions for flashing the new firmware.

• Remove the battery and put it back in.


• Hold the Volume Up button (ONLY) while connecting to the USB cable


• The Volume Up button needs to be hold until it reaches the download mode section


• Open Device Manager (If you don't know how check #2 Post)


• Change the LGE Mobile USB Serial port to COM 20


• Open Flash Tool


• Select Type: 3GQCT
  


• PhoneMode: EMERGENCY
  


• KDZ : The kdz you download. It must be at same folder as the LG Flash tool!
  


• Click on Normal Flash
  


• Click on Clear update registry
  


• Country: Different Country


• Language: English


• Click okay and wait for the LG Mobile Support tool to recognize the device. It takes a minute or two but the tool will recognize it. The software starts the extraction and re-boots at %100. You can remove USB cable, your device will boot normally, and the device is no longer stuck in a boot loop.

Turning off S pen detection?

There's a setting labeled "Turn off pen detection" in settings that can be toggled on/off. Does it save battery life when it's off or on? It says "Turning off pen detection when the pen is attached can extend battery life", so I assume when "Turn off pen detection" is ON it saves battery life, correct?

Also, what does this setting even do? I don't notice a difference whether it's on or off.

Phone died randomly and now won't power up/charge. Neither LED nor screen turning on.

My phone was running CM12.1 (a week old build). Obviously rooted and runs TWRP.

I texted someone and left my phone with the screen turned off for about an hour. When I tried turning on again, nothing happens. The battery was about 80% the last time I used it.

Things I've tried to get it to work:
1. Charging it with the wall charger. [Nothing happens. LED doesn't turn on, phone doesn't turn on]
2. Plugging it into my PC. [PC doesn't read it. LED/Screen unresponsive]
3. Tried vol down key + power to boot into the bootloader. [No response]
4. Tried vol down key + power, then plugged it into my PC without leaving the buttons and waited for a minute. [No response]

Can anyone explain what the hell went wrong with this? I just use my phone for calls/browsing/texting. Didn't overclock anything. It's been rooted since day 1 (2 years back), and I last installed the CM rom a week ago so it wasn't due to a bad flash.

Screen sometimes not turning on

Xiaomi.eu 5.9.18 dev, but happened on 5.9.11, too. I don't know about earlier releases.
This happens in the morning, after not using phone for a longer period of time (6 or more hours, ie during the night). So when my alarm goes off, I won't be able to dismiss it. In these cases, I have to hold the power button long enough for the phone to turn off and then power it on again.

Anyone else with the same problem?

Hello, and help pls, i tried to instal gapps on a k3 note and installed a new ROM with gapps included, it worked but cellular network wasnt working anymore so i tried again but think i installed only "recovery" since it was the only checked box in spflashtool and then the problem begun. the phone is not turning on anymore, it only vibrates so second day i tried again, readed more and took original ROM and installed again (and again..)(and also all boxes are checked :) ) but every time i flash, the phone boots up until before the language set screen and its turning off and same step again....only vibrates when i try to power on (also recovery mode its doing the same thing - vibrates after a lil longer delay) ,also tried 2 other different rooms, original again w/o format....but same answer... does anyone have any idea of whats happening?

Wifi not turning ON in CM12.1.

Wifi was working fine with CM12.1. I wonder why its not working in CM12.0 Since 12.1 had crash issues, I flashed it back to 12.0 for which wifi doesnt turn ON.
I cannot flash stock ROM/firmware anyway. Can anyone help? Thank You.
