music player not working

I have a lg g4 stock rooted on tmobile usa, my issue is it cam with a 32 gig sd card I have a 125gig card now when ever play music, a message pops up saying "sorry the song couldn't be played" I down loaded other music players and got same message....any ideas on whats going on

Help removing samsung stock 4.4.2 video player

Can someone please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD help me remove the samsung video player ?
I have 4.4.2 rooted stock rom and I've managed to delete every samsung bloatware EXCEPT for their video player.
I can't seem to find the video app in the /system/app folder :crying:

I guess Nexus Player got a better interface to interact than Chromecast. Any thoughts?:confused:

Sometimes my Nexus Player opens up another app in Sideload Launcher, why?

Just got my Nexus Player which I rooted. Installed Sideload Launcher and sometimes I press to open an app there and a totally different app opens up.

Anyone knows why?

I just got my Nexus Player a few days ago. I already unlocked/rooted and am setting it up. I notice that the apps and stuff often display outside of the screen.

I went through settings but cannot seem to find any setting to allow me to adjust the visible size of the display. Any suggestions?

Turning android phone into an mp3 player

so i thought it was a pretty cool idea since i have my old s2 laying around if there was some kind of rom that would make my s2 a stand alone mp3 player example:
just an mp3 interface no android homescreen
no play store etc..
just a ipod style rom wich makes your android an mp3 player

[GUIDE] Rooting the latest version of Bluestacks App Player. (Windows Only)

The current Bluestacks Multi Tool (Posted Here) is currently outdated and will not be able to root the latest version of bluestacks. I have created this guide to show you how to root the latest version of bluestacks currently available. So lets get straight to it.

Requirements:

• Latest Bluestacks App Player


• Bluestacks Easy (Download, Scroll down for dl link. Download two files, extract and merge the two. Use google chrome to translate page.)


• Windows computer

1. Download, extract and merge the two files from the link provided.


2. Make sure the latest version of bluestacks is installed and previous versions of bluestacks are uninstalled.


3. Open "Bluestacks Easy.exe" with administrator privileges. You should see this:
   


4. Follow steps shown in pictures. (Make sure bluestacks is closed otherwise the program will close it for you)
   


5. After pressing proceed you should see a console on your screen. This will automatically close and bluestacks will open again.


6. Your bluestacks should be rooted. (Note some of the installed bloatware is automatically removed. Can't seem to figure out how to remove the rest.)

Procedure

2.)You will see a flash page.You may / may not see a small button which you can click to download the flash.

3.)You will see the animated ' ULTRASOUNDS ' logo.

This verifys that flash is working perfectly in your device.Have fun watch videos, play games and enjoy.

Video Stream Player Advice

Hey all, looking for some advice on what program to use to play a multicast stream from an HDMI device on my work network.

I have tried and had the most luck with omxplayer, however after a few minutes the player crashes with a very unhelpful "have a nice day ;)" message. I am able to increase the amount of time before the crash by increasing the cache but it still inevitably crashes.

Does anyone have any other recommendations for other video players that can play multicast streams? I have also tried VLC but it doesn't play nice with the stream (I just get a static image from the stream with a weird green overlay).

In od phone (galaxy ace II) when I click "Play" on any movie on website I have choice "Download" and "Play in MXPlayer".

Now I have new phone (Huawei) and I can only download movie.

Root Method for Nexus Player that ACTUALLY Works?

Hello,
So I have been trying to root my Nexus Player with absolutely no luck at all!
I am following this method to a T!!!!

Long story short, everything goes great and the Nexus Player re-boots. I go into the SuperSU App and the Installation Fails. Then, when I reboot, I get stuck in the boot animation. Only way out is to restart Nexus Player holding the button on the bottom, and re-running the "fastboot boot root.img" again. But, the same thing just happens over and over and over. "Installation Failed". This is pretty much my first time rooting an android device and it is being a serious pain in my ass! I did root my LG G Pad F7.0 and that was a cake walk. I thought Nexus Devices were "THE BEST" and "easiest" devices to root, blah blah blah. Well, not for me!

Can someone guide me to a root method that actually works? That would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

General questions about Nexus Player / software

So I know the Nexus Player has an atom processor, so its running some form of Android x86. I have an Asus Chromebox, which I have previously loaded up with Android x86 in the past. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the Android TV interface on generic Android x86, or is Google doing something different here (and not entirely open sourced)? I am pretty interesting in trying to get the Android TV experience on the Chromebox to see how well that works.

-If this should be in one of the dev areas please feel free to point me in that direction.

[Q] Get rid of default music player

Hi,

I've received my Honor 7 recently and reinstalled all my previous android applications (I used before a Nexus 4).
I use n7player for music playing but unfortunately, even if I check under "default apps / music" and select n7player, when I press play with my headphones, it's default music player witch starts.
I could not disable the application as it's in gray state. If I stop the services. music stops but If I press play again, it's again the default music player witch is starting.

Any idea?
